I have been very impressed with the whole procedure from the initial phone call enquiry to the prompt demonstration and the installation and training. Dan has been excellent in getting us up and running and I am positive that we will be in full swing very soon. The addition of an embroidery machine to our business will only enhance our service to our customers, giving us now complete control over our customisation.

Just a note to thank you for the professional and consciencious way you dealt with our machine problem last week, at Logo Embroideries.
I realise that when you were called you were on your way back from a long distance job but you still came to our shop at 6.30pm and although the part was broken you managed to cobble together a temporary repair. Also you returned next morning first thing when you had the correct part to complete a proper repair. All the staff at Logo are appreciative of your efforts , above and beyond, which enabled us to keep producing during a really hectic period of the world cup finals.This gives me great confidence in buying more machines from you knowing you are there to back them up.

I know this is a bit belated, we’ve had our hands full here with the new embroidery business. I just wanted to express my thanks to you and the team at MRSewing for a first class friendly service providing and installing our new Inbro single head machine recently.On new installs, there are sometimes one or two teething problems. Ours were attended to very promptly without any hesitation. The machine is working very well for us and business is growing steadily.

I want to say a big thank-you for your best attention and assistance with our new cap frame.I also have to say sorry to Rachel, because it’s been a while since her visit and I think I must have forgotten most of what she told me.So Daniel’s visit was invaluable, I have completed the order, the customer is satisfied so I am happy.
