Mark Robinson Sewing Machines is an established company that began trading in South Wales in 1992. Our company has grown over the last twelve years into one of the leading sewing and embroidery suppliers in Europe. We pride ourselves on the quality and professionalism of our service and the competitiveness of the products we supply. Our latest machine the Inbro IB-RSC1201 is the most techncially advanced machine in the world. The machine is able to rethread on Thread Break has a 10 Million Stit

Mark Robinson Sewing employs only the highest technically trained staff, capable of all aspects of sewing and embroidery machine sales and repairs.

Last year we took over the full UK Distributorship for the UK for Inbro Embroidery Machines, it has proved to be the best descison for all concerned as we are now able to offer our customers the latest state of the art embroidery machines.

In December 2006, due to the excellent response we had from the UK market Inbro Korea we so pleased with us they gave us selling rights for the countries of Holland, Sweden, Romania and Iceland.

How long has the business been trading?
Mark Robinson Sewing Machines has been trading since 1992 and went limited in 2003.

How many Staff do you employ?
Currently we have 8 highly trained staff working at our company.

How long have you been selling Inbro Embroidery Machines?
We have been selling Inbro Embroidery Machines since March 2006, we inherited the UK rights from Macphersons based in Nottingham.

What warranty comes with your machines?
All of our new machines come with a 5 year parts warranty and 1 year fully inclusive warranty. Used machines usually come with a 3 - 6 month warranty depending on circumstances.

Are you trained in all aspects of embrodiery machines, repairs, software, servicing etc..?
We at Mark Robinson Sewing believe that we provide the best back up service in country on servicing, repairs, software problems. We are first and foremost an engineering company which we believe is the bedrock for any sales company as we know we can guarantee to provide first rate aftersales service. FACT. If you have any queries just ask one of our 2000+ satisfied customers.

How long do i have to wait for Inbro spare parts?
We aim to dispatch most parts orders same day, on rare occasions when a component malfuctions that we do not have in stock we aim to have a fedexed delivery from Inbro, Korea within  3 - 10 days on your door step. We carry over £20,000 worth of stock parts, 9 times out 10 we have your part in stock.
